Commodore S K Sawhney IN (Retd), is a post graduate Electronic Engineer, a super specialist in the field of Electro Magnetic Interference & Compatibility, a senior member of IEEE, USA and a certified RFID engineer. He is the founder director of the Indian Naval EMC centre situated in Naval Dockyard, Mumbai. He has a major Electronic Security patent in his name. Commodore Sawhney is a first generation entrepreneur who started the Dolphin Group of Companies in 1993 after taking pre-mature retirement from the Indian Navy. He has contributed a number of papers in International forums.

Nipun Malhotra,
Vice President of the Company,

Nipun Malhotra is an MBA from the Indian School of Business. He has spent 18 years in the oil Industry, first as a deep-sea diver and then as a general manager in the Exploration & Production division of Reliance Industries. As a part of the general management cadre at Reliance Exploration& Production he has worked with various groups.

Corporate Management Team- where he worked on gas pricing strategies within the purview of a Production Sharing Contract with Govt of India. Gas Marketing Team-where he was responsible for setting up gas marketing strategies. In this capacity he rolled out an energy efficiency project where 18 SCM of gas is converted to 44kwh of power, 9 tonnes of air-conditioning, and 1200 litres of hot water per hour.

Project Management Team where he was part of a small project management team that fast tracked the development of the first deepwater oil field in India in the Bay of Bengal. As part of the Dolphin RFID team he is responsible for setting up the Process and Systems for the organisation, Corporate Planning and Business Development.

Sachin Joshi,
Head IT & Business Development of the Company,

Sachin Joshi is a highly trained & experienced in Solutions Research & Development with Software-Hardware Product Development, Technical Solution Professional with strong Logical Designing, Techno-Commercial skills in Security Technologies Sector (IT) with 10+ Years of Professional Work Experience.

He was heading R&D at Ingersoll-Rand International (India) Ltd. before & responsible for development and critical business solutions to achieve within a defined project time frame. Participate in global projects with other teams representing Development & Service continuity. He interacts with other Research & Development groups to identify development strategies for the projects requesting ‘Business Development Solutions' at an alternate site.

His experience has provided the opportunity to make significant and profitable contributions in each assignment he has completed. Consistently, he has brought out new ideas, ways of thinking and problem-solving techniques that have produced successful results. He is heading Business Development/Managerial Skills & Critical Business Technical Solutions Knowledge & Development centre at Pune for DOLPHIN RFID Business.

As part of the Dolphin RFID team he is responsible for RFID Business and Product Solutions Development.

Shaifali Mathur Behl,
Head - Sales of the Company,

Shaifali Mathur Behl is an Electronics and Electrical Engineer from Sardar Patel College of Engineering. She has spent 13 years in the I.T. Industry, in Quality Control, Production and International and National Sales Departments with more than a decade of Marketing and Sales experience for the Electronic Security Solutions and Architectural Hardware.

She has successfully marketed, launched and sold Indegineously developed Electronic Security System, products from MNC during her tenure at different companies to Architects, Hospitality chains, builders and Commercial/ Retails Projects.

As part of the Dolphin RFID team she is responsible for sales and marketing of RFID solutions.
